The first version of hypecatallaxy will be built on the ethereum platform.  Ethereum offers the the technology needed to implement the decay fee via the blockchain and multi-sig technology.

We could start our own blockchain, but ethereum is already bootstrapped and has significant infrastructure in place that makes Modern day banking takes wealth out of the pockets of citizens and gives it bankers.  Hypercatallaxy puts everyone back on equal footing. 

Accountability

The public ledger of the bitcoin blockchain allows us to implement the public ledger style transactions that are necessary for hypercatallaxy.
